• Q. What is GoGoPin Business?

  GoGoPin Business is a free Web site creation tool, allowing users to create a full-blown business Web site with only a few mouse clicks.

  Additionally, GoGoPin Business provides other tools help do business online, such as product management, property management for real estate professionals, interactive whiteboard, appointment management, interactive voice response system, and etc.

• Q. What's its cost?

  Once you create an account with us, you will be entitled to use the basic service for free. There's no such thing as trial period. As long as you stay with the basic service, GoGoPin Business will remain free no matter how often you use it, how long you use it. However, for certain advanced features such as Whiteboard, you will need to pay for it.

  During the beta period, everything will be free, even those advanced features!

• Q. Is GoGoPin Business safe?

  GoGoPin is extremely safe, and uses up to date authentication and encryption to provide safe and private online content creation. Any information collected is considered private. The only content available to the public is that which you choose to publish. To reassure customers, we have two third-party organizations that verify our authentication, encryption, and customer service: VeriSign, and The Better Business Bureau.

  Verisign is a Certificate Authority. Verisign provides trust for the Internet and E-commerce through Digital Authentication services. The seal on GoGoPin is an outward expression of VeriSign's approval of GoGoPin's authentication and encryption.

  
  

  The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a an organization whose mission is to foster a fair and effective marketplace, so that buyers and sellers can trust each other. The BBB also acts as an intermediary between consumers and businesses should an unresolved dispute arise.

• Q. What kind of system and browser is required?

  You need to have either Windows Vista, Windows XP SP2, Windows 2000, or Mac OS 10.4.8+ (Intel-based).
